-Jesús Carballo has newly injured his right knee and he has left worlds. Later to come back Madrid he has been operated (third in the same knee) and he be late at leats nine months to be recuperated

-Meeting Spain- Netherland in Madrid, august 18, 2001. Spanish team: Sara Moro, Susana García, Marta Cusidó, Alba Planas, Elena Gómez and Anna Parera.

-AS newspaper confirm Laura Martínez is injured: she has broken cross ligaments of the knee (August 18, 2001).

-Laura Martínez has injured and she won´t be in world championship (August 2001).

-Jesús Carballo has gone to Moscú to train with russian team (July 31, 2001 ).

-The European Youth Olimpic Games have celebrated in Murcia. Spanish gymnasts have been Marta Riera (new spanish junior championship) and Raquel Pascual from Xelsca Balear team, and María Sevilla (second in junior spanish championship) from GC Covadonga-Gijón. -Laura Martínez is the new spanish championship. Second has been Sara Moro and third Marta Cusidó. In aparatous finals Sara won all except UB where won Laura. Esther Moyá only was in UB because a injure in ankle in April and it isn´t sure to be in world championship. Here a photo about Sara Moro from AS newspaper:

-Spanish women championship will be star next July 13 in Orense. In senior will be: Sara Moro, Laura Martínez, Esther Moyà, Marta Cusidó, Susana García, Alba Planas, Anna Parera, Elena Gómez and Angela Domínguez. This is the poster about the championship:

-Spanish men championship has celebrated in Móstoles (Madrid), july 6, 7 and 8. Alex Barrenechea has won the tittle, second has been Manuel Carballo and third Jose Luis Fernández. Victor Cano was the first untill he fallen in vault and got zero. Daniel Pavón is the junior championship. Jesús Carballo was injured  (not seriuos) and not doctor neither phisioterapeutic was in hall (great polemics). See the photo from As newspaper:

Gervasio Deferr hasn´t been because a shoulder injure and it´s probable he has to be operated.
